PROLOG-DEDICATION: This R&D is dedicated to the 30-Years Anniversary Discoveries (INRA Registered Date 14 April 1980) of Trifon Tsanov Trifonov’s (TTT Discoveries of Discoverer – Genius of People – Born Feb. 23, 1937) and his phenomenal history of Scientific and Human Rights Protection - 400 Years after Galileo Galilei and Galileo’s Telescope … – And dedicated to the Scientific Transition in the last 30 Years of National, European and Global Science in the Light of “The Price of the Discoveries”, R&D of S&T, Modern Physics and Science’ Evolution after Galileo, Huigens, Poincare, Eistein, Prigogine, Sagan and Stephen Hawking in the Eyes of The Genius of the People Trifon Tsanov Trifonov… It’s absolutely surprise that the TTT Discoveries correspond hypotetically to the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMBR) with spectrum maximum of 150 GHz (~ 2 mm microwavelength range) and especially correspond with 300 GHz Quasars MicroWaves (~ 1 mm microwavelengths range) on the TTT effects and empirical experimental results, using only simple elementary equipment… Of course, the scientific risc of this brain new Hypothese for Cosmic Discovery is extremely only my… But any positive Cosmical Discovery results will be direct or/and undirect conclusions of fenomenal TTT effects.
